so we've put forth some COVID safety measures throughout our dealership and service center.

Safety Protocols Through Thompson Toyota Showroom and Service Center

Partitions have been built between
each desk, so customers and
staff can meet and
discuss options safely.

Sanitation stations are located
around our showroom and
service center for all to use.

All employees and guests are
required to wear face masks at all
times, regardless of whether or
not they are vaccinated. 
Our team has extra masks on hand in every department for anyone in need.


Our service team uses disposable steering wheel covers and seat covers to limit cross-contamination. All employees and guests are required to maintain a 6 foot social distance. Easy-to-follow signage are displayed throughout our facilities.

Vehicles and keys are sanitized thoroughly before being returned to customers or prepared for a test drive.


Our salespeople are happy to meet with customers outside, weather permitting.

Employees are required to utilize a Temperature Scanning Station for daily temperature checks. Common area surfaces and door handles are sanitized multiple times a day.

While appointments are not required, they are highly encouraged so our team can ensure
sanitation of vehicles between customers. Not so comfortable coming in?
No worries! Our team can provide a video walk-around of any vehicle.
