Did you happen to see the popular movie, The Martian? In it, actor Matt Damon plays an astronaut who is accidently left behind on Mars after an emergency forces the rest of the crew to leave. Afterward, Damon’s character struggles to survive the inhospitable planet for years on his own while a rescue crew is sent back to him.
We thought of this movie recently when we saw this funny Toyota commercial featuring James and a group of “space travelers.”
Picture this: you’re biking along in your lane when the light turns yellow. You slow to a stop before it changes to red and wait, impatiently, for it to go to green. There! It changes and you’re off like a shot, ready to make a left-hand turn.
That’s when you see it: a car right in the place you were about to turn. Luckily, you’re able to apply the brakes and avoid a collision.
How many miles would you guess a typical big rig travels in an average year? If you guessed somewhere in the ballpark of 140 billion miles, you’d be right.
That’s a lot of miles and a lot of fuel being used. Toyota recently announced its decision to make their vehicle transport trucks more earth friendly.

It's also where Toyota is going to demonstrate fueling the Toyota Mirai, which could revolutionize emission-free vehicles.
