1

What does ToyotaCare include?

The ToyotaCare no-cost maintenance plan includes 24-hour roadside assistance for two years, as well as factory-recommended maintenance for two years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Both are based on the date of first use.

2

What are the service requirements for my Toyota?

It's important to stick to the suggested service intervals and requirements if you want your Toyota to run smoothly for years to come. If you drive a Toyota from model year 1999 or newer, simply consult your Scheduled Maintenance Guide, which can be downloaded and viewed online if you lost the paper copy. Contact our Toyota service center to find out if your vehicle is due for routine maintenance! You can find helpful manuals on the Toyota Owner's website under "Choose Your Toyota Vehicle".

3

What are the oil change intervals for synthetic oil?

If your Toyota requires 100% synthetic oil, you may be able to drive for 10,000 miles or 12 months between oil changes. For most Toyota models, you should still schedule an oil change every 5,000 miles or six months. Even if your car only needs oil once a year, you should visit Thompson Toyota for tire rotations and fluid checks every six months. Don't forget to check your oil levels regularly to ensure your engine doesn't suffer any damage between service appointments.

4

Why should I bring my car to a Toyota dealership for oil changes?

When you choose our Doylestown, PA, Toyota dealership for auto service, you can feel confident that your vehicle will run as good as new when we're done. That's because we employ Toyota-trained mechanics and we only use Genuine Toyota Parts during repairs and maintenance, including oil filters.

5

How do I find my car's VIN?

Your VIN is located in four places: your car's dashboard, the car's doorjamb, your insurance card and your registration. Check the top of the dashboard near the windshield on the driver's side or the label along the doorjamb of the driver's side when you need the VIN. If you're not in your car at the moment, your insurance and registration paperwork also list the VIN.

6

How do I check my Toyota for the Takata airbag recall?

If you're concerned that your Toyota is involved in the Takata airbag recall, you can check its status with the Toyota VIN recall lookup tool.
